📚 IEC అంటే ఏమిటి?
DGFT ద్వారా జారీ చేయబడే 10-digit identification code — ఇది లేకుండా ఏ ఎగుమతి చట్టబద్ధంగా సాధ్యం కాదు.
IEC = Importer-Exporter Code. Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act 1992 ప్రకారం DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) జారీ చేస్తుంది. GST తర్వాత IEC = entity PAN — అదే 10-digit. ప్రతి ఎగుమతిదారు తప్పనిసరిగా IEC ఉండాలి. ₹500 ఒకసారి government fee. జీవితకాల validity — renewal అవసరం లేదు. కానీ — ప్రతి సంవత్సరం April 1 – June 30 లో annual update mandatory. Miss అయితే IEC auto-deactivate అవుతుంది, ఎగుమతులు ఆగిపోతాయి.
